Leveraging partnerships with best-in-class retail suppliers, civic and business leaders to provide independent, research-driven advice to manage risk and recommend optimal buying opportunities. Since 2012, we have served hundreds of municipalities, businesses, and large industrial customers in Illinois and Ohio; delivering collective savings of millions of dollars on their electric and natural gas bills and providing price security in a rising-rate market.

This would be a 2 year contract that residents can opt out anytime. Residents must wait until their current contract has expired before signing up. They will do quarterly updates so that residents can be signing up so as not to wait until the next year to begin savings. Savings are approximately 25%. Residents can visit the web site for more information at agellc.com

Glenn Keeling spoke about Autumn Fest and is wanting someone from the Village to speak at the event on August 16th. John Dooley will be doing some sound for the event so he will also speak on behalf of the council. Event to be held at the Grand Lake Motorcycle Club in Mendon. This is a benefit for a young lady with breast cancer.

Village Administrator’s Report – Jeff Long

Wabash Communications has contacted us regarding cable / internet services. We are working together on some issues to see what will work.

Salt bids came in higher than in the last several years. We are looking at a $10,000 increase over the next year.

Our liability insurance company did an inspection making sure we have everything covered. There were some items noted at the park that need to be taken care of, otherwise we are good.
