Welcome:
Financial Report – Amanda Peel – Financials – we are in good standing going into Spring Fling. Several donation requests – Tranquility – End of School Bash. Committee agreed to donate 2 – $10 gift certificates. Another request – from Shanes Crossing Historical Society for log cabin restoration project. Will discuss at the next meeting.
Old Business: Directories — are here ! Thank you Brand It Marketing and Reynolds and Reynolds for working with us to make it possible !
Spring Fling – “Happiness Blooms Here” – planning and preparations
Amy Noll leading the Vendor Market – 40 potential vendors at this time. Vendor event from 1 – 5 pm.
Jim Dettrow organizing the Car Show. – $10 registration fee – Jim will have registration forms at the check in area.
Parking blocked off on Main Street by 8 am – — Luke Stephenson. Village will drop cones off along Main Street on Friday – May 3rd.
Kids Zone – canceled — kids activities at the library.
Flower photo booth – will be set up @ the library
Mercer Health donating large shopping bags – Thank you ! Will mention on flyer as co-sponsor of the event.
Betsey’s will have a make and create flower bouquets in front of the store. Also mentioned having a flower wall for photos.
Flyers will be final this week — events and vendor market. Will be sending flyers to the school on April 26th to send home with students. Will take some flyers and directories to the Fire Station for Pancake Day.
Shelley will work on press release to photo star on April 22nd.
Spring Fling photos — Kylie will take photos and help where needed.
