Chamber notes from Thursday, August 14th @8:30a. (add on to existing)

Financial- Board decided on donation to Chase Heitkamp for $150
Rocktoberfest-
T-Shirt Fundraiser- Decided on design #2, White “Rocktoberfest” header and a heather orange t-shirt.
Tent- decided on bigger tent with sides.
Music- DJ .. (Shelly will contact)
Costumes- Still undecided, possible rental for adult character costumes.
Face painters- no updates
Parking- No parking from 7a.-7p. .. Will start to block at 6:45
Mercer Landmark parking lot- Lisa will ask to use.
Map of events (tentative)- for next meeting.
Volunteers- NHS (Ashley will email to touch base), Bill can you ask Church, all members possible.
Citizen of the year- will vote next meeting (9/11) for better attendance.
