Jordan Martin gave a very good Anthem benefits presentation — the presentation was recorded and will be posted on the Chamber Facebook page to view for those that could not attend this meeting.

Fall Fest – October 30, 2021 — we have email information to members, posted general information on Facebook. Marie to send information to past vendors then late next week we will open to others that want to participate.
Was also posted on the Main Street Committee Facebook page. And another reminder 09/09/21.
10-2 pm downtown – opening ceremony / business promotions / vendor market / food
2 – 4 pm – The Ohio Village Muffins baseball games @ Shanes Park
Need to talk to Mike Schumm about food availability / maybe food truck ?
5 – 6:30 pm – Trick or Treat in the Village / maybe need more food during these hours
7 pm – Costume Judging and food at the Fire House – hot dogs, coney dogs, nachos and drinks
Business deco contest – contacted Wabash to see if they want to sponsor again this year.
* September – Chamber Business Grant promotions / application – in the mail. Deadline September 30th for grant applications.
* October – Citizen of the Year / Business of the Year / Grant Awards and Business recognitions – still working on details. Maybe presentation at Fall Fest.
- Need to have a print ad that also promotes Anthem — have last year’s ad – need to review with some updates…. Otherwise use the same.
