Tuesday, December 16, 2014 at 7:30 pm at the Rockford Village Hall.

Safety Committee: Gary Fox
Safety training continues. Keeping everything documented. So far have watched several you tube safety videos.
Economic Development Committee: Gene Steiner – absent
Public Utilities Committee: Steve Gehle
Nothing at this time.
Rules Committee: John Dooley
Met with Jeff regarding the sub division. We have received cost estimates from the engineers and now we will try to work those numbers down by the village doing some of the work on storm drains, streets, etc. Should have a full report in January.
Old Business
4-wheeler issues continue. People driving without head lights. We have moved beyond warnings. Citations need to be issued. There also needs to be NO TRESSPASSING signs located at the sewer plant. There should not be anyone hunting or riding 4-wheelers on sewer plant property.
Another issue – if residents have an emergency they need to call 911 or central dispatch. People should not be going to Paul’s house and/or calling him at home.
New Business
We are beginning our 2 year audit for years 2013 and 2014. Information was sent to mayor and council.
Rockford’s Best Mix 101.3 WRKD is ON THE RADIO ! We are excited about our new local community service.
Motion Gehle, Second Fox to approve the 2014 supplemental appropriations. There are appropriations that did not get in at the beginning of the year. Mostly for loans and a couple for the property demos that happened during the year. Dooley called for the question. Gehle = y, Fox = y, Dooley = y, Pontsler = y, Heitkamp = y. Passed 5 yes.
