Tuesday, November 15, 2016 at 7:30 pm at the Rockford Village Hall.

Small Business Saturday – November 26th – Come out and support our local businesses !
Christmas at the Park – November 27th – 7 pm. – Join us as our Community kick’s off the Christmas holiday season, sing some Christmas carols, and light the night @ Shanes Park.
Village Administrator’s Report – Jeff Long
Everyone was emailed a Covenants and Restrictions for the Subdivision. In discussion there were several changes such as requirement of sidewalks and hard surface driveway. Still discussing the square footage and the 30% brick or rock requirement. Jeff will do some research and be emailing updated information. This will be further discussed at the next meeting with plans to approve the information for the subdivision.
We opened bids for the Columbia St. project. Low bid was PAB Construction from Coldwater. Engineering estimate was $820,000 and the bid came in at $714,000. We are looking forward to working with PAB. Construction set to begin February and finish up late spring of 2017. We are working with a 637,000 grant and up to 337,000 0% interest loan.
We should be receiving the final plans for the subdivision by the end of the week. We may then try to work with the same contractor on the Subdivision for water / sewer/ storm line.
WWTP – we should be receiving the PTI – by the end of the week. We are looking at March bidding on this project.
We are going to have a busy 2017 !
