Rockford Carry Out & Dining Ribbon Cutting

The Rockford Carry Out & Dining held their Grand Opening this past weekend during our Rockford Community Days celebration. Todd and Renee Mathewson along with parents, Terry and Sandy Mathewson are the new owners.

The exterior has been updated with new siding, parking area, landscape and signage. A dine-in section with new booths and food prep equipment enhancements has been added to the interior, allowing for a pizza buffet on Friday and Saturday evenings, as well as a Sunday Brunch buffet.

The Carry Out has been moved to the back of the building to allow for food pick-ups and beer purchases. The drive-thru will be open Sunday through Thursday – 11:00 am to 10:00 pm ; Friday and Saturday – 11:00 am to 11:00 pm. The dining room will be open Sunday through Thursday – 11:00 am to 8:00 pm ; Friday and Saturday – 11:00 am to 10:00 pm.
