Rockford Recreation Summer Ball Sign-up

The Rockford Recreation Association will be holding two registration days for the upcoming 2014 summer season. The first registration day will be held this Saturday, February 22nd from 10:00am-12:00pm in the Rockford Carnegie Library basement. The final registration day will be held on Saturday, March 15th from 10:00am-12:00pm in the Parkway High School Commons. Completed forms can also be dropped off at The Peoples Bank Co. in Rockford or mailed to:

A $20 late fee will be assessed to registration forms received after March 15th.

Registration forms have been distributed to Parkway students at school and additional forms can be picked up at The Peoples Bank Co. or printed at www.rockfordrec.com.
