Lisa Kuhn – Chamber Treasurer called the meeting to order at 8 am on
October 8th, 2015 at the Rockford Village Hall.
Very informal meeting as only 3 members were present.
Congratulations to Baker Built Engraving for being selected as the October Business of the Month.
42nd Annual Chamber Banquet will be held on October 26th at the Rockford Community Building at 6 pm. Please RSVP with payment. The early bird deadline has passed. Tickets will be $20 each.
Chamber Banquet speaker ideas — it was suggested that it might be a good avenue to update on the Bi-centennial events and promote the Christmas at the park event.
We will be setting up for the Chamber Banquet on Sunday – October 25th at 6pm. Please consider giving us a hand.
Christmas at the Park event – the outline with singers and people to plug in lights has been completed. We now will be needing volunteers to help decorate beginning on October 24th at 9 am and consecutive Saturday until the event.
