Old Business:

Searight brought up several items –

Bus Stop – moving forward ?   Do we have an estimated time frame of completion?

Street Lights — can we get another company to work on these problems?   When we have problems we want them fixed in a timely manner.  We should not have to report multiple times either.

Cell phones — residents if you are still having problems with your carrier, please continue to make phones calls to complain.   In order to get better services, we need to let them know we are unhappy and we have safety concerns.

New Business:

Residential parking seems to be a problem.   Residents are parking in yards, on curbs and sidewalks.    WHY ?     We will be looking at a drafting a new ordinance that will work along with our zoning ordinance.

Jessica will contact Aaron with concerns and ask that an ordinance be drafted for review.

Meeting adjourned   8 pm
